NB 1 : in the living room there is a sofa bed with a length of about 170. Otherwise there is a big double bed/or two single beds, as well as two single mattresses in the bedroom. Can accommodate 4 adults, but must be a little flexible and stay a little cramped! NB 2: in this yard lives a family with 5 children, 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 10 ducks, 10 turkeys, 15 quails and 50 free range hens (including roosters).

Nice hiking trails right from the cabin door, and with 5-20 min by car you will find both sandy beach, fantastic ski slopes and a diversity of mountain peaks in magnificent nature. There are very good sun conditions on the property, and with little light pollution in the area, there are high chances to see northern lights in winter. From the parking lot AT Rv80 it is about 900 m to walk along the footpath and forest road in small nature terrain.

Setså is located in the middle of the villages of Fauske and Rognan, and 6.8 miles from Bodø, and 6.3 miles from Saltstraumen. Setså is a natural starting point to see the sights of Salten and all its history, hence the Blood Road Museum, the War Cemetery in Botn, exit to the former mining community of Sulitjelma, or just a few nights of peace and quiet before heading on to the next destination.

We live on the countryside. Its 6 km to supermarket, bistro, train and bus. Its 45 min by car to Bodø city, and almost 20 min to Fauske city. If you like nature, we have a nice view, and a lot of places to enjoy! In the summer vi have daylight 24/7. In winter its darker, and if the weather is good, we have northern light. For almost 3 months we dont have sun. But we have snow - for playing and skiing.
