Bring the whole family to this unique cabin with great nature experiences summer and winter! The cabin is located at about 900 meters above sea level with large nature plot and with lovely views of Gålåvannet. The plot is 1500 sqm and borders hiking terrain and hiking trail, well suited for the whole family. In winter, there are prepared ski slopes close by and you can strap on your skis outside the cabin. Easy access by car. The cabin is well equipped and contains the living room/kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, sauna, loft/TV lounge, sports shed and inside storage room.

Cross-country skiing runs right past the cabin, and the area offers great hiking opportunities all year round. The cabin has fiber internet, its own TV lounge, fireplace and heat pump that provides a comfortable temperature both summer and winter. Walking distance to convenience store. Perfect for both relaxing and outdoor activities such as biking, fishing and mountain hiking in the summer, as well as cross-country skiing and skiing in the winter.

Free parking Only a 5-minute drive to: Grocery store (07–23), sports shop, Gålå Alpin & Aktiv, Høyt & Lavt Climbing Park, Peer Gynt Arena (theatre), cafes, Peer Gynt stadium with roller ski track and floodlit ski slope (artificial snow from the last weekend in November). As well as 230 (630) km prepared cross-country tracks. Cross country ski in/out. Only 300 metres from the cabin you will enter Gålå cross-country ski trails (accessible by car; from about mid-December).

To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. New cottage built in 2023, with immediate proximity to Gålå Ski resort, with alpine slopes and cross country trails. 5-10 min walk to High and Low Gålå (climbing park), ski resort, cross country trails right outside the door and 5 min walk to the Peer-Gynt game. This cabin is perfect for friends, families with children, and has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms as well as living room and kitchen. There are 3 double beds, a family bunk and a single bed. Outside you have lovely view from the terrace with cozy fire pit and seating.

Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

Velkommen til Viking-gården Sygard Listad. Her bor du på historisk grunn. Viking-kongen Olav den Hellige bodde her i 1021, for å forberede slaget mot kongen i Gudbrandsdalen. Dette skjedde under kristninga av Norge. På gården finnes den hellige brønnen "Olavskilden". Kjøreavstand til Oslo er 250 km og det samme til Trondheim. Her kan du dra på ski i Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Gålå, nasjonalparken Jotunheimen eller Rondane. Om sommer kan du se Peer Gynt, moskus-safari eller dagstur til Geiranger.
