Very nice house, we liked it allot!

I stayed in this cottage and I really enjoyed it! The house was clean, cozily furnished and equipped with everything you could need. The location was quiet and ideal for relaxation, but at the same time easily accessible. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden, the quiet surroundings The hosts were very friendly and helpful – you immediately felt welcome. I can absolutely recommend this cottage and would like to come back anytime!

Attila’s house is located in a calm friendly neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of Siófok, yet 5 min from nearby shops, cafes, and essential services, for us this was perfect. The aircon inside the cleverly built timber apartment helped enormously during the heatwave that was Summer 2022, as did the pool in the lovely garden. Our teens especially loved their separate attic bedrooms giving each complete privacy. Highly recommended for families and friend groups.

We had a wonderful time at this house near Lake Balaton! The house was extremely pleasant and exceeded all our expectations. I want to highlight the pool that made our children overjoyed. Despite the really hot temperatures, the air conditioning worked perfectly and ensured a pleasant cooling in the house. A big thank you also to Soli, who was very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent experience that we can only recommend!

The accommodation was fully as described. It had good distribution and well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, two refrigerators..), the pool and barbecue area provided the perfect entertainment for an afternoon and evening stay. The host was very responsive and helpful when checking in. The house was baby-friendly, had a lot of toys and tools (mobile crib, high chair), which is a separate positive.

Great Lake Balaton accommodation with a nice view and private beach. The yard was pleasantly shaded, and you could sunbathe on the dock and on the beach. The place is well-equipped and they were able to provide us with a crib and a high chair.

We had a fantastic stay in this home. We stayed for 10 days and it fully met the description. A wonderfully quiet neighborhood but Lake Batalton is easy to reach. We enjoyed all the extras such as washing machine, BBQ in the garden, 4-poster bed in the garden and a lovely private terrace for breakfast ! The kitchen was complete and equipped with every comfort. Nothing was missing. The supermarket within walking distance and the larger shops at 7 km by car, no problem. Recommended for multiple days.

Our little family had a great and comfortable stay in Barbara's house. Everything you need is there and the Balton is around the corner. We felt very comfortable and hope to come back.

We spend the greatest time at Edina and Gabor's house. The house is perfect, we enjoyed spending time in the wonderful garden. The hosts were always ready to help us with everything we needed. We were very happy for the extraordinary experience we had in the house and Mor. We highly recommend this property and the Mor region!!!

This apartment is great: sparkling clean, great amenities, super thought out down to cell phone sockets next to the beds. Also a wonderfully quiet and green environment. And yet you can quickly get to the beach. Simply great!

We had a great time during our vacation. The accommodation is close to the beach and the promenade is not far away. Thank you also to the host, Sebastian, who was extremely friendly and helpful, responding promptly to all our requests. We'll definitely be back!

The place was nice, it was pretty clean inside (if you don't look under the bed where it was quite dusty, or to the corners on the ceiling where there were cobwebs). But we're not that demanding. What bothered us a little was the steep stairs to the first floor, which could be a little dangerous for smaller children. But that was not listed anywhere. Super parking in the backyard! Also, there was still material in the yard, as the house is still being redecorated, but it didn't affect our stay. Location quiet, well accessible by public transport. What surprised us that someone used to live below us, we didn't expect it, and we were a little scared when we heard some noises. But we didn't mind and the gentleman was very kind in the end. So TOP thank you ☺️

We had an unforgettable 2 nights at Kozma 48! Gabor was great throughout the booking process, and Lena communicated with me prior to check in and met us at the house when we arrived and when we left. The house and town were both wonderful - a gem in this part of Hungary! I have a family connection to the place, so it meant even more to me, but I know any people on holiday in the area would enjoy their stay at Gabor and Lena’s comfortable little house. It is a traditional historic home with all the comforts of modern life. If we come back, we would happily stay here again! Thank you, Gabor and Lena, for everything! ☺️

it was so nice and cozy house. me and friends had a good trip and house was clean and cozy so we were so comfortable.

At the beginning of the stay, we were greeted by the friendly host Bence. He showed us around the apartment, explained everything. He was very helpful. I'm very happy with my stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. The cottage is nicely decorated and clean. I highly recommend this place and the neighborhood.
