Boutique Barn in quiet rural location, separate to main house, with off-street parking and own entrance. Very comfortable accommodation with living/dining room, separate kitchen with combination microwave oven and a ceramic hob for preparing simple meals and coffee machine. Situated in excellent location surrounded by National Trust land with its excellent country walks. Local pubs for all-day dining within easy distance. A lovely bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off a private road making it virtually traffic free. Just a 5 minute stroll down the lane is the picturesque Hedgecourt Lake. East Grinstead railway station, with regular trains to London and home of the historic Bluebell Railway is less than 10 minutes away in the car or you can catch a bus there from the main road. The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

Cosy bespoke cabin set on the edge of woodland. Nicely secluded without being off the beaten track. The ideal getaway for a romantic break, some country magic - nights by the fire and woodland walks. Snuggle up with a blanket around the fire pit, or relax inside by the wood-burner with a good book. WiFi is also available. The area is fully fenced around the Bothy for your dog’s safety should you wish to bring your four legged friend.

In the heart of beautiful sussex

The annex is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meter with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, next to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are only 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead, unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.
