You won't have to share anything with other guests, as we have taken care to organize everything so that everyone has their own space and everything is separate. A lovely cottage in the old farmhouse "Podere Maltaia" that overlooks the Unesco's Heritage protected area Orcia Valley, surrounded by large farmyards and 3 hectares of private land that includes an outdoor swimming pool (opened seasonally, based on outside temperature - please ask to know the dates for the upcoming or ongoing summer season), garden, outdoor dining area, BBQ and parking area (not-covered, free of charge).

The cave

My place is in the old town. It is only 10 km from Terme of Sorano, while 20 km from Bolsena Lake and Saturnia (spa). You'll love my place because it's bright, panoramic, clean, and welcoming. Suitable for couples, sole adventurers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets). NB: if the reservation is for two people it means only one bed, for an extra bed it is necessary to book for at least for 3 people.
