The dpto was cozy, clean, and easily accessible. The keys are removed from a box and that gives the guest autonomy. I like that.

The apartment is located in the centre of Asuncion. It is very safe because Police are patrolling 24 hours. And it is also close to all shops &tourist spots. Sebastian is very nice . He allowed me to check in earlier .Really appreciated for it! Everything is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Good area, with a Biggie nearby (24-hour convenience store) The stay was normal, as expected. No problems. The highlight was the communication; at all times Ruben and his team were in contact with me. I knew I'd get a quick response if anything went wrong.

Maria Elena and George’s guesthouse apartment is simple yet very functional and an extremely good value; it’s on a busy avenue but situated behind a house in an otherwise quiet neighborhood. There is good WiFi and the mattress is also comfortable so it worked out well for a few day stay

The apartment is well located, with some restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood, and the apartment is just as great as shown in the photos. There’s just one thing: the garage ramp is too steep. For lower cars like my Toyota Auris, the car needs to be empty and you have to go in very carefully at an angle to avoid scraping the underbody. The construction company made the ramp with too much inclination.

The experience was amazing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a supermarket cart in the parking lot that facilitates the transfer of bags. Kitchen has everything you need. It also has two swimming pools and one of them has children's games in its vicinity. Excellent cleanliness. Jorge always answered my questions. It has a Biggie supermarket next to the building. I would definitely come back and recommend it.
