Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Tiny cottage in the countryside!

We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.

Studio 1 km from Morgat Beach

T2 accommodation, with terrace and garden access, located 1 km from Morgat beach, adjoining our house but with private entrance. Access to available storage space. On the ground floor is the kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with toilet; the bedroom with double bed is upstairs. Sheets are provided but towels are not provided. The setting is peaceful, with a larger garden at the back of the house with a small pond, ducks, sheep.

A large bay window gives you access to a private terrace, south-facing and with a nice view! My accommodation is close to public transport and Brest (10 min).
