Fantastic little house in the middle of the Skåne wilderness in Örsnäs by Lake Immeln. Secluded location with a lakeside plot and a private jetty. Completely renovated in 2025. 4 bedrooms, 6 beds in total. There are also two sofa beds as extra beds in the single rooms. Balcony in the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Fireplace. Outdoor area with barbecue and cosy fireplace. Wood-fired hot tub where you can bathe with a view of the lake. A rowing boat and a canoe, including life jackets, are included. Kayaks are available for rent for an additional fee. Electric car chargers are available for a fee.

Cabin with its own dock

Accommodation on the shore of Skåne's largest lake, Ivösjön. The open living room, together with the terrace, offers fantastic views. The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker and oven. The cottage has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with room for two people. On the terrace facing west towards the lake, there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Possibility to rent a rowboat with motor 20 euros/day and kayak 20 euros/day. Possibility of fishing, with a fishing license. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Private guest house on horse farm

Guest house in the countryside. Located in a separate building on our property. The apartment has one (bed) room/kitchen, furnished hall and bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for a starting point to both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla has nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Lake Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km, an old town center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are home!

Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. There are no musts here, just peace. The house is not suitable for small children. Children must be at least 9 years of age.

Egna uteplatser och tillgång till växthus med ingång från gästhuset. Är belägen i en stor vacker villaträdgård. Sovloft med dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa för två på nedre plan. Fullt utrustat kök. Wifi och smartTv. Nygjort badrum med dusch och WC. Barnstol finns, lekvänlig trädgård. Möjlighet att hyra sängkläder/badhandukar. Städa själv eller köp till slutstäd.

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Enjoy the sunset from the terrace and take a dip in the sea from your own jetty. During the day you can take a walk of about 10 minutes through the forest to one of southern Sweden's most beautiful beaches; Sandviken. If you want to listen to music, visit Strandcaféet where live music is offered several evenings a week during the summer months. A cycle path takes you to Sölvesborg in about 20 minutes. Or why not play a round of golf 4km away?
