Upstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The floor plan is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. Washing machine and extra freezer are located in the garage, which is wall-to-wall with the apartment. Parking is available adjacent to the house. Guest house location, see floor plan. Garage included. A historic and lively environment with several restaurants, swimming and sea experiences within walking distance. Golf courses and nature reserves nearby. You bring towels, sheets, duvet covers, etc. and leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived. If you cannot do this, a fee of NOK 1000 will be charged.

Rent our brand new apartment on cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 meters to the jetty, our 3rd floor apartment has many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
