Lithia Villas - Folegandros - Villa Levanda & pool

Welcome to Lithia on the stunningly beautiful island of Folegandros . At Lithia we have 3 houses, each with its own identity ; Villas Levanda, Myrtia and Elia. They have been lovingly designed and furnished to give you a feeling of comfort and a touch of luxury. There is a swimming pool for Lithia guests, it is shared between the 3 houses. Villa Levanda is the largest of the 3. It has a fully-fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces. It sleeps 4 people, it has a double bed ( 6' / 180cms) in one room ( or 2 single beds if preferred) and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom (5' or 150cms) plus 2 single beds/sofas in the sitting room . There is daily cleaning. We offer free transfer to/from the Port on arrival & departure dates plus free wifi and parking. Lithia is a 15 minute walk to the main village of Chora ( 1.5 km) . We are happy to help with car /scooter/quad rental. It is a perfect base for island-hopping although most people once they arrive don't want to 'hop' anywhere else! Folegandros is the hidden gem in the Cyclades, a small island nestled between Santorini, Milos, Paros, Sifnos. The Chora ( the main village) is known as one of the prettiest in the Cyclades. It has not been spoiled in any way by tourism, you can still see the local farmers ride around on donkeys and plough the fields with mules or oxen. It is an ideal island for hill- walking as it has many paths over steep hills to small hidden beaches and the most wonderful clear blue sea. Beachside tavernas where you can watch the fisherman bringing in their catch and the sun set over the Aegean. The restaurants serve traditional fresh Greek food in pretty surroundings. The other 2 houses are called Villa Elia and Villa Myrtia. It is also possible to book all 3 if you are a large group, the total no of clients can be 12. Our beautiful Villa Baya is a 70 sqm brand new island house incorporating all modern facilities and accommodating up to 4 persons! It has a suite double bedroom with wonderful views of the sea, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an elegant shower bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds. But the most important part of the house is its large terrace with an uninterrupted view of the landscape of Ios, the nearby island Sikinos and the endlessblue of the Aegean Sea!

the House in the Castle

Our house is part of the 16th cent. Castle of Kimolos and was renewed with respect for tradition. It is a bioclimatic building, with 1m thick stone walls and 4m high ceilings, double roof insulation and small openings that let the air circulate. Fully equipped kitchen, fast internet and a work place (desk, office chair, 27" monitor) for those who cannot leave their work. The house is in the middle of the village, just 1 km away from the port and 3 km away from the clean sandy beaches.

Endless Blue is located right on the sea in the traditional settlement of Goupa (Rema Bay ), one of the most beautiful beaches of Kimolos very close to the port and 5 minutes from the village. As soon as you arrive you will be stunned by the amazing view . Sitting on the marvellous terrace you have the feeling that you're sailing on the endless blue sea. Cycladic House with Sea View

Close to all amenities but in a very quiet location. It has a very large terrace , protected if necessary from the wind , facing the sea , a back terrace with mountain views and a "solarium" easily accessible on the roof to fully enjoy this exceptional view.
