A farmhouse located on the outskirts of Nadwarciański's Landscape Park (the land of the water and goldfish birds) and the Pyzdr Forest (the land of “iron houses”). It is from the Middle Ages and its name: "the Wojtostwo" is historic. By 1904, it was part of the Gen. H. Dąbrowskiego. The guest house is located in an outbuilding by a manor house from the turn of the 18th/19th century. Hosts provide full information about the area. Boarding is possible. Free parking. Pets are allowed for a fee of 50 zł per night/pet.

On the large 70 sqm terrace there is furniture for relaxation, a tub, a barbecue, and an umbrella. The cottage is located about 160 m from Włókno Lake, and the beaches are about 700 m away.
