Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. First floor: 4 bedrooms (ranging from 9 to 40 m², with parquet flooring), 1 WC, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with WC. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, etc.). This historic farmhouse has been maintained to ensure comfort while preserving its 19th-century character. A garage is adjoining.

Beautiful view of the countryside, the river, the old bridge. Privileged location: walking to Lake Pont and cycling along the Burgundy Canal. Close to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d'Alésia, Vézelay...) Golf courses of Pré Lamy and the Château de Chailly.

Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Located amid vineyards, you will enjoy its calm, its authenticity, its pool, its gardens and its magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
