The Pumphouse Wash Trail is just down the road (4 mins walk). Downtown Flagstaff and all that it has to offer is less than 10 miles away. The NAU campus, less than 8. Still, our home sits inside Flagstaff, with all its amenities: cafes, roasteries, beer gardens, and breweries. Snow Bowl, Sedona, and the GC are not too far from us, along with many other day trip hikes and destinations. We love this place! Come join us!
