Beautiful villa with great views of Fornells Bay, in a very quiet residential area, 100 meters from the coast. It has a private pool, a nice garden and air conditioning. It has two floors: the first with a living room, a kitchen with an office, a pantry, a laundry room with a patio, a double room, a full bathroom and an outdoor dining room. The lower floor has the master bedroom, with a dressing room and a nice bathroom with a jacuzzi and shower, 2 single bedrooms and 1 double, and a bathroom.

It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.
