Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Our cottage is beautifully located by Fryken. You are close to hiking trails, a slalom slope (700 m), a golf course (3.4 km), Karlstad with Lerin Museum and Mariebergsskogen (25 km), Västanåteatern (42 km), Selma Lagerlöf's Mårbacka (34 km), Alma Löv's museum (24 km). You can enjoy the view and beautiful sunsets when the weather is nice. Possibility to borrow a canoe.
