With socializing in front of the fireplace or on the terrace in the evening sun, the holiday gets a lovely golden edge. In the nearby lake Gapern, we have a sauna raft that can be rented at the same time on request.

There are two toilets (one fully tiled with shower). From the living room you reach a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and view of the river. Morning coffee can be taken on the small patio with morning sun. The house is intended for two adult guests.

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.
