Sjöpärlan 1

Stay in a beautiful farm with sheep and chickens. The farm is beautifully situated by Lake Öljaren in Österåker, Vingåker. It is 300 metres to the lake, where you can both swim and fish. There are both walking paths and cycle paths nearby. It is 10 km to Vingåker's golf course and to Båsenberga's recreational area. On the lower floor of the house, there is a bathroom with a shower and a composting toilet, as well as access to a washing machine. On the upper floor, there is an area of about 40 sqm with three beds, a sofa and an equipped kitchenette with a hob and microwave.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Sjöstugan

Relax in this cozy and lakeside home in our little Sjöstuga. Enjoy the patio Facing south, it features a table and chairs, adjustable sun loungers and a comfortable corner sofa. Borrow the swimming jetty where there is a swimming ladder. There is an option to use a rowing boat. Road and rail are nearby but do not disturb significantly, but it is also not completely quiet during the day. The cottage is located on a garden plot but is still separate from the main building, where two pensioners and a dog live. Welcome to this rural idyll!
