Serenity Sands Beach House is a newly-renovated vacation rental cottage located in the Morgantown community of Fort Morgan. It is located just steps from the beach access boardwalk. The home sleeps 6 adults comfortably. There are 2 king beds, a twin daybed & trundle. There are also comfy living & dining areas, breakfast bar with seating & fully stocked kitchen. All linens (not beach towels), 3 TVs, DVD player, stereo, WiFi, charcoal grill, & beach/pool toys (cart, umbrella, chairs) are provided.

3 bedroom 2 bath beach home in beautiful Morgantown neighborhood. We are located on Fort Morgan Gulf Shores AL. City of Gulf Shores is 15-20 minute drive from home. Beachbum is steps from beach. 5-10 minute walk to beach. Neighborhood is golf cart friendly with very little traffic. Small neighborhood which has 2 pools, one of which is heated and tennis/pickle ball courts. Our home amenities includes numerous amenities to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. Enjoy your beach stay with us! Our condo offers a queen size bed in the primary, slim bunks in the hall perfect for small children, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Your morning coffee tastes better on the balcony overlooking the beach. The kitchen features a dishwasher, stove, regular 12 cup coffee pot, a few pots and pans, and a microwave. The resort has many amenities including two outdoor pools, an indoor pool and hot tub, plus a fitness room, and basketball and tennis courts.

My one bedroom and one and a half bath bungalow is located in Bay to Breakers which is a private street that offers beach access to the Gulf, community pool area and a long fishing pier on Mobile Bay. My unit features an upstairs bedroom with balcony with great views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with counter eating area, WiFi, cable TV in living area and bedroom and washer/dryer. There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for guests use.

On main level is living area, sleeper sofa, eating/kitchen and full bath, upstairs you will find a cute lofted bedroom w/queen bed. Parking is a 1 time charge on site 2-3 nights $25, 4-6 nights $35, 7-14 $45 per car.

Our condo is also a 15-20 minute drive away from the main Gulf Shores area so perfect if you want to be secluded but also not too far from the main area either!
