All perfect. Apartamento has everything you need , quiet and family atmosphere. I will return more often for sure.

It did not disappoint at all. All clean and whimsical in the details (linens, towels, carpets). Clean kitchen, no dust. All rooms have air, bathroom, mirrors. Township details that make a difference. Beyond the wonderful space and close to the beach. Flexible Host. My family and I had a wonderful weekend. It's well worth it!!!

Location, environment and space… all impeccable! I had the privilege of enjoying one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen, right from the kitchen window of this apartment. The Rooftop? Simply perfect, with a breathtaking view! The apartment is complete, with a modern and cozy decoration, super organized and very clean. The well-equipped kitchen has met all my needs, and the rooms are extremely comfortable, with beds and bedding of excellent quality. The bathroom was also spotless. In addition, the condominium is wonderful, safe and well cared for, with common areas that make the stay even more enjoyable. I AM IMMENSELY GRATEFUL to Luana, who was an incredible partner. Always available to answer any questions, she has helped me a lot with valuable information and has always been on standby. An exceptional professional who performs her work with excellence and attention to detail. Thanks, it was perfect!

Great local, pleasant, amazing countryside, apartment as expected. Very close to Canoa Quebrada, about 4km. I recommend it.

We loved the stay, a place for those looking for tranquility and peace, but also with easy access to those looking for adventures and fun that the beaches offer. The host is attentive and helpful.

Lorena's place is in a great location, very close to Pontal's square. She and Neto(homemade) were very helpful, doing everything to make us feel good. The house is very spacious, all rooms have a bathroom, and has all the utensils we need. We'll be back!

The house is exactly like in the pictures, there is plenty of space, new furniture is a perfect place to rest with family! The super comfortable rooms, the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, no one wanted to get out of the pool and the barbecue deck had everything we needed. It really surprised me because in many houses there are no basic items and in Vila t&a we don't have to worry! The house has security cameras, even though the wall was a little low, we did not feel unsafe. The Jaguaribe River is 2 minutes from the house as shown in the photos, it's surreal beautiful! Hortega helped us and welcomed us very well, we really enjoyed talking with him. Anyway, Vila T&A was the best choice I've ever made.

Wonderful stay! very fragrant, tidy house, all very clean and organized, kitchen equipped with everything you need, new utensils. Decorada, full of plants that Amo . The wonderful pool. The house is spacious and very nice! Thoughtful host.

It's a show! A show indeed! Here are some observations: The house is missing several items that are slowly being bought, including tv, after all the house does not have. The outdoor toilets do not have stable hot water, so those who like the hot bath will have to take it in the indoor bathroom, which is covered and the hot water works well. The service of Giovana ( concierge of the house ) is what takes the house to a five-star hotel level even with the problems reported above. She and Nicinha Cook ( cost apart ) are a beautiful duo! I will be back for sure!

The house is very spacious and super comfortable. We went in 13 people and everyone felt at home. We went to New Year's and the city of Fortim had some small energy problems, but the owner Rayanne and her Valdecir (the homemaker) have always been very helpful and responded and solved whenever we talked to them! I'll definitely come back again ! 🙏🏽🙌🏽

The space is great, beautiful, organized and conveniently located. Liana is super friendly and helpful, everything went very well!

We had problems with the house due to weather conditions (rains) for two days. Both Tactu and Airbnb acted with extreme professionalism and relocated us to another house. We were treated with respect and care which made us very satisfied.

The site is very good, although apparently having lived better days, it remains a good option for those who want to stay in canoe and surroundings. it is a block from the beach and even to go on foot by the sand to others nearby as a canoe, the very nice and cozy apartment.

Our stay was zero defects. The location is the same as the listing description and the photos. Everything was clean and organized, it has parking, it is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the apartment is very ventilated. Ana is very helpful, polite and kind. Always answering all our questions in the best possible way, giving indications. It was a great experience! We'll definitely be back

Very cozy apartment, with very good room layout! Available kitchen utensils perfectly meet the demands of everyday life if they choose to prepare their meals!
