The perfect place for a romantic getaway, a place to kick back and unwind in or a base for a more active holiday - walking, swimming and kayaking. The Workshop was a ruin before we turned it into a stylish and very comfortable living space with bespoke joinery, underfloor heating, power shower, kingsize bed with linen sheets and its own private patio. It was the workshop for Lombard Mill which sits below it and lies in an ancient wooded valley in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Our Studio is a large open plan room with pull down double bed, kitchen area with dbl hob, convection oven/microwave, fridge w icebox, and shower wet room.
