Unique little house with immediate proximity to Sandefjord city center. Here you are only minutes away from all city amenities. The house is newly renovated and has all the amenities that make your stay easy. The house does not have its own bedroom, but a very good sofa bed in the living room that is quickly turned into a bed in the evening, as well as a double bed in the loft (attic). The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped so you can choose to eat at home or take the short trip down to the city. Parking for car just outside the house.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house overlooking Sandefjord city center. A staircase must be climbed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning during summer. Proximity to many beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 min by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.

Put on your hiking boots and walk direct onto the hiking track and use kyststien. New 65 inchTV and high speed internet. When outside, there is noticeable traffic passing by.

Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The basement is not in use when rented. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The house is located in the center of Sandefjord, and one stone's throw from the marina with ferry connection to Sweden. There are also a variety of restaurants here.
