Our whole house water filter system provides glorious chlorine free water for drinking & showering. It's quiet here. A great place to relax. Enjoy a stylish, comfortable stay in this centrally located (10 min to downtown!) first-floor suite—no steps. Relax on the private patio, unwind by the electric fireplace, prepare light meals in the kitchenette, and sleep soundly in a king bed. This main-level suite is the lower level of our home. Our family—including two young children—lives upstairs. If you’re sensitive to normal household noise, this may not be the best fit, but many guests find it private and perfect for a relaxing stay.

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.
