MOTU LODGE HOUSE

Comme son nom l'indique la maison est située sur un Motu, complètement entouré du lagon. La photo au-dessus est la vue que vous aurez tous les jours. La mer est juste là, aux pieds de la maison. Si vous recherchez calme, tranquillité, nature...alors bienvenue au Motu. La maison est grande, agréable à vivre & cosy... avec son ponton privé. La majorité des prestaires assurent le transfert depuis notre embarcadère. Etre sur le motu n'est donc pas une limite pour la découverte de l'île principale.

Terrasse privative avec ponton à fleur du lagon où la baignade s'offre à vous. 2 kayacs pour ballades et accès au banc de sable , à 100 mètres du fare Vaima. Au rez-de-chaussée, espace cuisine équipée +salle à manger + une salle de bain. A l'étage, une grande chambre climatisée+terrasse avec vue imprenable sur Moorea et ses somptueux coucher de soleil. Supermarché ouvert 24h/24 à 10 mn à pieds.

La maison « Fare Kura » est située à Uturoa, Vaitaporo, PK 0,500 m, bord de mer, à 2 mn du centre ville et 5 mn de l’aéroport en voiture. Parfaitement propre. Proche des commerces, des restaurants et du quai. - 1 garage, 1 espace jardin, 1 plage de sable blanc, 1 ponton et 1 distributeur de boissons fraiches à l’entrée du portail. Belle vue sur l’île de Huahine, vous contemplerez également les passages des goelettes, des paquebots, des pirogues Le motu Ofetaro est à proximité de la maison.

Torres pretty house with pool! Near lagoon

The House is located on our property. It's a very quiet neighborhood. Sea access is 300 m away. The house consists of a small, very functional kitchen, a bedroom (160 cm x 200 cm bed) equipped with an air conditioner that opens onto a large shower room + toilet. On the ground floor, a second toilet. Upstairs there is a large mezzanine with 2 single beds of 190 cm x 90 cm and a sitting area with TV (local channels + USB port). Ideal for a couple or family. Equipped for babies.
