Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

The Corner House Guest House - stunning location!

The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. Enjoy being in the heart of the stunning Surrey countryside and walk around the lakes, forests, heathlands and hills right on your doorstep. You are surrounded by The Flashes, Frensham Common and Hankley Common which are simply beautiful. You can swim at Frensham Great Pond, bring the bikes, walk the dog/s, explore the local area and the excellent pubs. Just relax and enjoy!

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

The Old School House Liphook - hot tub & tennis ct

The Old School House is a traditional and cosy one bedroom detached cottage in the grounds of our home on the western edge of Liphook village in Hampshire. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene cabin opposite the forest. Throw open the doors, hear the birdsong and relax in comfort. Enjoy its convenient location to mainline train stations and the A3 whilst surrounded by woodland tranquility and National Trust walks. The villages of Grayshott and Churt lie within walking distance with their pubs, cafes, restaurants and characterful shops, whilst slightly further afield lie bustling Farnham, Haslemere, Midhurst and Petworth.

Eco Cabin near Frensham Great Pond

Escape from life's stresses. 'The Shed' is a rustic eco cabin with a living roof. The owner, an interior designer, built and decorated it using natural materials, giving it a calm & cozy aesthetic. The cabin is open plan with two sleeping areas & a living room with doors that open onto a deck overlooking fields, shaded by pines with a firepit to watch the sunset. The cabin is 10 mins walk through the woods to Frensham beach & 2 ponds where you can wild swim all year round.

Squires Hill Cottage

Squires Hill Cottage is a beautifully restored coach house located within the quintessential English village of Tilford, 4 miles from the historic market town of Farnham. The cottage is situated in a quiet location within walking distance to the village pub, shop and cricket green. Self contained studio in Lower Bourne, Farnham

Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet, stylish self contained studio space, with private patio. Studio is detached from the main property in the garden of a family home. Farnham town centre/railway station is a 20 minute walk away. Trains to London Waterloo are just under the hour. 3 lovely pubs, namely The Bat and Ball, Spotted Cow and The Fox all within walking distance. Bourne Woods and Frensham Ponds very nearby.

Claremont Coach House - very private

Coach House You can enjoy our Coach House all to yourselves as it has its own courtyard garden/parking spaces and entrance, so you'll have complete privacy. This self-contained, comfy and cosy space has a brand new kitchen, bathroom and living room. It is nestled in one of the most beautiful wooded parts of Surrey. A country pub, restaurant/bar, Frensham Little Pond and Hankley Golf Club are moments away.

The Treehouse at Barrow Hill Barns

Sitting within a historic woodland, this secluded retreat has all the creature comforts of home whilst being immersed in nature on Barrow Hill Farm. The Treehouse’s bespoke design allows you to open one side of the lodge to welcome in the sights, sounds and smells of the bluebell wood that surrounds it. The roll top bath is perfect for romantic bathing, with the doors open or shut.
