Interior designer loft apartment in a former sugar silo. Atypical and unique place. Loft of 100 m2 including a kitchen area, a living room, an office area and a bedroom area. In addition, a spacious bathroom and a bedroom, partitioned. There is also a terrace equipped for meals and relaxation. Located a 3-minute walk from the lakefront, in the quiet neighborhood of Serrières. Downtown is served in 3 minutes by Serrières train station and the bus in 5 minutes.

Charming 50 m2 studio located in Chexbres, it has a 20 m2 terrace with stunning views of the lake, vineyards and mountains. Chexbres is classified as a UNESCO heritage site. Vevey is a 10-min drive, Montreux is 15 min and Lausanne is 20 min. Nearby you will find shops, restaurants and winemakers who will be happy to let you taste the wine of the region. Several possible activities: swimming pool, tennis, golf, lake where you will find a small beach.

Cosy loft in eco-house in Villarepos

Our house is built with ecological material that literally grows or is outside the front door - wood, straw and clay. The furniture is either recycled and the new pieces are solvent-free. Entering the house, you smell the wood, the pleasant ambiance and you will feel it. It is very cosy, the view into the biodiversity of the garden and the woods on the horizon bring you peace of mind. Our house and its surroundings are a non-smoking-area.

Our accommodation is in a quiet area of the Broye district. We have a secluded garden: swimming pool, vegetable garden, lawn, terrace. Within a radius of about 30 km, various activities are possible: excursion by small train, water parks, equestrian center, karting, adventure park in the trees, beaches, swimming pool, hiking places, thermal centers, zoo, exotic gardens, museums, castles! Ideally located for hiking around the 3 lakes.
