Bedroom 1 with double bed 160 cm. Bedroom 2 with single bed 105 cm and sofa bed 120 cm. Bedroom 3 with single bed 90 cm and sofa bed 120 cm. Several sandy beaches within a 10-minute walk. Sjögärde golf course can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. Stättareds 4H farm is 15 minutes by car. To Liseberg it takes about 35 minutes and to Ullared 45 minutes.

Cycle easily to both Getterön's bathing areas or Varberg's centre in about 20 minutes. Bus stop is about 7 minutes from the property. Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Dishwasher & washing machine available. During the summer of 2026, there will be some construction on the plot adjacent to the guest house's patio.

The cottage is located near the sea. Frillesås is a small community on the west coast between Varberg and Kungsbacka, 50 km south of Gothenburg. The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. There are shops, restaurants, cafés and proximity to fishing, golf and hiking. The home is suitable for couples, individuals, and small families (maximum 3 people).
