Perfect location in the middle of the best Frogner with walking distance to most things such as: city center, the Castle, Vigelandsparken, Bygdøy, several cultural institutions. Tram and bus go right by the apartment. The apartment, located on the 3rd floor, is classic with a modern touch. It has great details such as 3.18 m ceiling height, original three doors, rosettes, as well as a west-facing balcony. Beds: - Two bedrooms with double beds - both facing the backyard - Possibility to be 6 guests. Then we set up a double mattress in the living room

Short walking distance to Tjuvholmen/Aker Brygge, City Hall, The Palace, Solli Plass etc. Tram, bus, subway, airport train 2-7 min away. High ground floor: 3.3 m below the roof, rosettes, stucco and brick, facing pleasant backyard. Large entrance, living/dining room with open kitchen solution. On the ground floor are two of the bedrooms, large bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine/dryer. New insulating windows in November 2023.
