Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

It's on a quiet side street with numerous nearby shops and cafes and good transport links for the underground and numerous bus options.

We are just 5 minutes from the station (15 minutes to Waterloo) and buses to the Wimbledon tennis grounds, with a 7-minute walk to Wimbledon Village. There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun.
