Welcome to A Toca do Lince II

Country cottage in the northwest of S.Miguel, with views to the ocean, the mountains and the fields. An option for those who want to explore the main attractions of the western part of the island, but wish to stay off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE THERE`S A CAT living in the cottage (she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT) and it might not be suitable for those who are allergic or don't like cats. The cottage is relatively secluded in a rural environment with farms, animals and all that comes with it.

Chimney Houses II - Eco Country Lodge

The Chimney Houses are the recovery of an old traditional house. They were carefully created to promote a rural experience in a typical home, in a modern and comfortable environment. Consisting of three independent houses, it also has a large garden with a swimming pool, a small vegetable garden and orchard and a porch with a barbecue (shared by all guests). The view is stunning, with the sea and mountains within sight. Tranquility reigns. Here... we've been very happy.

“Casa AuriI” is a lovely and traditional stone house, located in the centre of the little village of Faial da Terra, an ideal location to explore the East part of São Miguel Island! Near by “Casa Auri”: famous trails of Salto do Prego, Cagarrão and Sanguinho; beach with lifeguards in Summer time and little public pool; snack-bar and supermarket. From Ponta Delgada airport to Faial da Terra by car: 67km, 1h15’. “Casa Auri” has a private park.

The house is completely integrated into the surrounding nature, and from the interior of the house you're able to see stunning landscapes in all directions, such as the sea in front of the house and the mountains that begins in the garden. Casa do Forno offers a cozy area with living room and equipped kitchen, marked by the recovery of the stone that surrounds the oven and the original chimney (these only decorative). The house, with a good level of equipment and decoration, also has two double bedrooms - one with contemporary furniture and the other with vintage furnishings - and private sanitary facilities.
