The area offers great hiking opportunities, hunting, fishing and climbing. It is an end apartment on 1 floor and contains an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with double beds provide sleeping space for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring bed linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful residence. Road all the way up. The cabin with annex is located alone in the woods by a small lake. Large terrace. Here it is completely quiet and only the sounds of nature you hear. Nice hiking and biking opportunities right outside the door. The bathing area is 10m from the cabin wall. The annex has 2 beds and a wood stove and views directly out on the water and the surrounding nature. The cabin is an old restored forest house with atmosphere. Here you just have to open the doors and nature comes into the living room.

Beautiful Telemark, all year round. On Haegefjell (1021 meters above sea level) you can go skiing, cross-country and downhill with a 475-meter drop. Skiing distance to the lift. Sauna is available for rent on top of the mountain. There are about 200 bouldering lines on Haegefjell as well Alpine multipitch climbing. Golf course on an island. Skatepark, mountain bike routes. Centrally located in Valle Municipality. Approx. 1 km to the city center. Facilities in the house: Child-friendly, Wi-Fi, SmartTV with BT soundbar Heat pump, fireplace (wood in the garage) Toilet, shower, dishwasher, Stove, coffee maker, fridge, freezer ++ Cleaning is done by you as the tenant. Must bring towels and bed linen yourself (1.50 double bed and 1.80 double bed). In summer, it is a good idea to bring your own drinking water due to well water. We drink from the fountain the rest of the year. You can boil the water if you are in doubt.

Great opportunities for harvesting berries and mushrooms. 30 min to Dalen, Fyresdal and Vrådal. 15 min to the 24-hour store. Pets are not allowed

The home is great for two families as it has a side building with its own kitchen, bathroom/toilet and two bedrooms. It is rented as a unit only so you do not risk other families there. Large garden for play and fun. Here you have a nice base for experiences such as Sommarland, the climbing park and great trips to Lifjell.
