Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

The farm is still fully in use, with horses, cows and sheep. However, you are within a 7-minute walk of Abcoude station, from where you can reach the city center of Amsterdam in just 15 minutes.

From here you can do all kinds of activities in Amsterdam and the rest of the Netherlands. The rural location means that you can completely relax here. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.

The B&B is located in the village of Abcoude, a charming village just outside Amsterdam and close to Utrecht. Thanks to its central location, venues such as AFAS Live, the Ziggo Dome, and the Johan Cruijff Arena are easily and quickly accessible. On our farm, where the B&Bs are situated, we have cows and sheep, and two lovely Frisian Stabij dogs roam around.
