Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. In de zomer voelt ons huis echt als een vakantiehuis, in de winter is het romantisch met de open haard. Our house is light, attractive, comfortable and focuses on the spacious garden with terrace and veranda. The garden gives a lot of privacy. In the summer our house really feels like a holiday home, in the winter it is romantic with the fireplace.

Located in the picturesque outskirts of Abcoude, on the winding river Gein, we offer a unique place to relax and unwind, with the city of Amsterdam just a stone's throw away. The farm is still fully in use, with horses, cows and sheep. However, you are within a 7-minute walk of Abcoude station, from where you can reach the city center of Amsterdam in just 15 minutes.
