We have really enjoyed our weekend at the sea at this beautiful place. You hear and see the sea right from your bed, and overlook a beautiful inner yard, full of lush greenery. Once you leave the gate you are already at the beach. The apartment has simple arrangements, but you have everything you need, everything is new and comfortable to use. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised that unlike to other places at Georgian shore, here there were really few people, and so you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself. Really recommended! So peaceful and relaxing 💛

We had a rest in early July in this beautiful house, with a hospitable and very kind host Vitaly. The house is located near the sea for 7-10 minutes on a very picturesque trail, the beach is clean, the beach is clean, the sea is also clean and emerald, it was a pleasure to swim. The house had 4 spacious rooms and a kitchen of which 3 bedrooms with double beds, chest of drawers and wardrobes, everything corresponds to the description in the photo, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa table and TV. Also a large kitchen with all household appliances. Bathroom with washing machine and hot water. The rooms are air-conditioned. On the street there is a spacious gazebo in which you can have fun in the evening and just sit back to relax. Near the house you can eat, two cafes and in 10 minutes there is a store, but you can buy everything in cafes at the prices of the store. Nearby are 2 cities of Sukhumi and New Athos to get to them in 15 minutes, there are markets sights, cafes shops, actually everything that may be of interest to tourists, by the way, Vitaly always helped us to transfer there. Host Vitaly is a very hospitable and pleasant person. Helped in resolving all issues related to recreation, each of his advice made our vacation better more practical and interesting, especially we enjoyed our trip to sightseeing, in his big jeep he took us to all the sights and hidden places of beautiful Abkhazia, and having made time so we saw everything without crowds of tourists. We would like to thank Vitaly for the wonderful vacation of our company with interesting stories and caring for us throughout our entire stay in Abkhazia.

We stayed with a friend in this beautiful place in early June. When they say “price and quality matching,” that's the case. All for 100 points!!! The rooms are as pictured. There was no cleaner for our arrival, but this is not a disadvantage at all, since we can collect garbage ourselves and throw away, and we can make the bed)) Yes, there is no TV and some other things that usually happen in hotels, etc. But it's not necessary here, believe me! We came to relax and get excited, and staying at this place, we succeeded! The host was very responsive and took into account all our requests) For example, the room was cool at night,and we were given a heater that saved us) Every morning we were fed delicious breakfasts at Cafe Veranda(ground floor), we also had lunch and dinner there, everything was very pleasant! The guys practically fried barbecue with us))) Very friendly and polite staff, always the waiters chatted with the girls about something and giggled) Everything is top notch! The views from the veranda are gorgeous! And these bungalows on the side of the sea in general are something incredible! It's just a piece of paradise, nothing else)) Thank you very much to Alhas for giving us such an opportunity to feel the beauty of the holiday! That was super cool!!! We'll definitely come again! ❤️

We literally liked everything! Manuchar is a very attentive, responsive and welcoming host. Thanks to him, our vacation was very comfortable. The house itself is ideally situated. After forty minutes of the journey we could be at Lake Ritsa or, if desired, on the beach. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a family holiday, and the presence of a real wood-burning fireplace made every family dinner a cozy event! We will be coming back many times!

Just returned from a vacation from Abkhazia, we went to a group of 7 people; everyone loved the house insanely, they had a very active image of rest, this was helped by the hosts of the house, Fatima and Eric, thank you very much for their hospitality and help in general, they could always tell you where to go and see, helped with the transfer from the airport, always helped to order a taxi, if it was necessary, sometimes even drove us ourselves, which is very pleasant. I recommend to everyone this house)

Everything was very pleasant, the apartment is equipped with all necessary necessary things, clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to the park, lake and beautiful bridge, quiet and peaceful. 15 minutes walk to the sea, where there is a nice beach with sand.

Stayed at the end of June. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. At the meeting, we received keys and all instructions at the meeting: For example, due to the proximity to the sea, the water in the house is not drinking. The house is surrounded by pines. The neighboring houses are nearby , but it was quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and tableware. Everything is in good condition. The bathroom is a bit tired but clean and tidy . Bedding and towels are sufficient and well maintained. The location is convenient , 100 m to the sea. The beach is not very clean , sometimes there are algae at the shore. The entrance is very smooth and the sea is very warm. When leaving for Batumi 6 minutes by car there is a wonderful fish market in Tskalzminda. Every day fresh kefalas,drums, som and so on. We bought groceries at the market in Poti in 15 minutes by car. There is a supermarket on the market. Cheese,meats,vegetables,fruits were bought there. In general, a very pleasant experience of your stay. Children are already bored and want to go back to Grigoleti. I recommend!
