Gålå Handel which has "everything", and Gålå Hotel is in the immediate vicinity and Røsslyngstua Café is open and with delicious food on the menu. In the summer there are also countless hiking opportunities, High and Low climbing park, frisbee golf and open seats at Solbråsetra where the budeia Anne Hov invented Gudbrandsdalsosten in 1863. There is more culture: Peer Gynt convention in July/August, Rondaståk in June and a short way to the Country Festival at Vinstra

Cross-country skiing runs right past the cabin, and the area offers great hiking opportunities all year round. The cabin has fiber internet, its own TV lounge, fireplace and heat pump that provides a comfortable temperature both summer and winter. Walking distance to convenience store. Perfect for both relaxing and outdoor activities such as biking, fishing and mountain hiking in the summer, as well as cross-country skiing and skiing in the winter.

At Toppastranda, your family can live near everything Gålå has to offer. The cabin is a simple charming fancy that has everything you need. It is located by the road, well sheltered with stunning views of Gålåvatnet and Jotunheimen. The cabin is centrally located for both summer and winter activities. Gålå is a great family destination with lots of activities for the whole family. The place is especially famous for a long ski season with good ski slopes, the Peer-gynt game, and lots of opportunities on the bike in the summer.

With walking distance to great hiking trails and ski areas, this location is perfect for both summer and winter adventures. Enjoy the tranquility and proximity to everything Gålå has to offer! 630 km of ski slopes right outside the door. Short walking distance to Gålå sports complex, shop with good selection, Gålå hotel and Røsslyngstua cafe. Alpine slope, Peer Gynt game, Gålåvannet, frisbee golf and climbing park 5 minutes away by car.

Cabin at Gålå - Gudshaugen

New cottage built in 2023, with immediate proximity to Gålå Ski resort, with alpine slopes and cross country trails. 5-10 min walk to High and Low Gålå (climbing park), ski resort, cross country trails right outside the door and 5 min walk to the Peer-Gynt game. This cabin is perfect for friends, families with children, and has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms as well as living room and kitchen. There are 3 double beds, a family bunk and a single bed. Outside you have lovely view from the terrace with cozy fire pit and seating.

Cabin at Mosetertoppen ski stadium, ski in/out!

Centrally located on the cottage field, right by Mosetertoppen ski stadium. Perfect starting point for downhill/terrain cycling or e.g. fishing! Ski-in/out Slide down to the "Backyard" and Gondola top/Skavlen. Light trails that are illuminated until 23:00 are right nearby, connected over 300 km of prepared cross-country ski trails in winter, and an eldorado of bike paths in summer time. The cottage is newly built in 2018 and is perfect for two families or group. We only accept families or responsible adults.

Great hiking opportunities, fishing, canoeing and biking in summer and winter, the area offers fantastic cross-country trails nearby and a great alpine resort. Access to the high mountains of Rondane and Jotunheimen is about 1 hour drive. The cottage is a short walk away from Gålå grocery store with year-round operations, and cafe and high mountain hotel just nearby.

En times kjøretur fra Lillehammer ligger Viken Fjellgård ved innsjøen Espedalsvatnet. Og om man ønsker å hygge seg inne med fyr i ovnen, noe varmt å drikke, en god bok eller et spill, eller om man vil ut på ski, gå en tur på truger, en sparktur, isfiske, brenne bål, lage snøhule og snølykt, eller bare se på stjernene, så kan dette være stedet. Her er det milevis med preparerte skiløyper. Løypene begynner rett utenfor gården, eller man kan kjøre et lite stykke for å starte turen på høyfjellet.
