Morriña is a recently renovated house (2019) on the banks of the River Miño, where the water ‘crashes’ against the house's porch. It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a conservatory overlooking the river on the upper floor. A kitchen with a dining area and a WC, with access to the patio and the porch, on the ground floor. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort. Coenga Chapel

Old chapel restored as a home in one of the most emblematic estates for making Ribeiro wine. The first mentions of the Compostelana chapter property in the vicinity of Ribadavia date back to the end of the 12th century. The chapel dedicated to Santiago, along with the manor house, belonged to the Cabildo De Santiago, which personally exploited it due to its wealth in the production of the highly valued Ribeiro wine.
