The studio is situated on a quiet private road overlooking an area of outstanding natural beauty, within easy walking distance to the riverside village of Goring-on-Thames. The self-contained studio is on two floors, which is bright, airy and furnished well with a private entrance. You can get fantastic views at the top of the garden and, better still, from the top field. Breakfast basket including cereals and bread, milk, juice and fresh ground coffee and a selection of teas will be included.

The Studio: Spacious room on the Thames Path

Simple and stylish, this spacious studio is set back from the road, just off the Thames Path at the foot of the Chiltern Hills. A 2 minute walk from the local pub with regular street food, 5 minute walk from the river and 10 minutes from the shops, restaurants and train station in Pangbourne (direct trains to London in approx. 50 mins). Free parking is available and the room has a patio and outdoor seating area. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided but there is no fridge or kitchen.

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

A relaxing retreat close to the Thames.

The Studio is a self contained space attached to our home. It has an open plan area with a kitchen, dining , sitting and sleeping space as well as a separate shower room. Access is through a private entrance at the front of the house. Purley on Thames is a small village in West Berkshire with good access to Reading, Pangbourne and Oxford by car. The Studio is a 10 min walk away from Mapledurham Lock on the Thames path and there are also some lovely walks through nearby Sulham woods.

A newly created annexe situated on the outskirts of Checkendon. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the heart of the Chilterns you will enjoy rural views out of every window. Their are many beautiful walks and cycle rides on our doorstep as well as a myriad of local pubs, equestrian centres and a farm shop. The small market towns of Wallingford and Henley on Thames are just 10-15 minutes away. There is parking outside next to the stairs to the flat, a car is advised.
