Beachfront holiday rentals in Galway

What an absolutely stunning location. We enjoyed 4 days here with plenty of sea swimming and walks. The house itself was just perfect, beautifully designed and furnished, with every thing we needed. It was warm and welcoming. The bedding was particularly luxurious. Catherine was a fantastic host, giving us space and also very responsive to messages and proactive with communications. We very much enjoyed the fabulous sea views and being surrounded by breath taking nature. The house is a very short drive to the gorgeous little village of Roundstone (where there is the most fab little coffee shop!) and only about 20 minute drive into the bigger town of Clifden. There is so much to see and do in the area and the house was also perfect for lounging in the comfy armchairs and reading books. We can't fault our stay - 10 stars from us! Thank you Catherine. We would absolutely love to return!!

A unique coastal property where we enjoyed experiencing the wild landscape of west Ireland

had a really good time. salthill is right on the see so beautiful views and the view from the living room in the apartment is spectacular. lots of local pubs dotted around. the apartment was brilliant. 2 good sized bedrooms, one of them en suite. kitchen is a decent size and had everything you need to cook up some food. sitting room was lovely with two big recliner sofas and beautiful vistas. walkable into the city centre if you're a decent walker, it's about 2km and perfectly flat. if you're not or you're with someone who isn't a walker there is a bus just round the corner that takes about 5 mins and is fairly regular. car parking around the area is free but very busy so having a dedicated parking space was great.

We had a wonderful stay in this absolutely gorgeous cottage! It was really spacious, clean and had everything we needed, and the fire was a real plus! The area was beautiful, peaceful and private and just a short walk to a lovely beach. Couldn't recommend this place more and we hope to come stay again in future. Thanks Rebecca!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Lovely views and so peaceful. House was perfect for us - clean and well equipped. The area is so beautiful, with great walks and beaches nearby. Excellent food at Sweet Nothings and at local pubs. Michael was extremely friendly and helpful. Hope to be back.

Our stay was picturesque, and everything we could have hoped for. The homes spacious rooms and many windows made it sinfully easy to sit and spend hours sipping coffee and watching the water and scenery. None of us were prepared to leave when our reservation was over, and I certainly left a piece of my heart among the greenery. T was responsive and helpful, and their recommendations for local experiences were invaluable.

Ed was a most gracious host. Offered recommendations in the area and very quick to respond to any questions. Would love to visit again someday

We really enjoyed the location and being able to walk to the beach as well as coffee shops/restaurants. The place was lovely and nice inside. Our internet wasn't working and wasn't able to be fixed in time for us before we left. All in all a great spot and would stay again.

We absolutely loved being able to call this place home during our visit to Ireland. Sheila and Redmond were very responsive and friendly in making sure we had everything we needed and more. The location was beautiful and conveniently walkable to the pier, shops and pubs. Our girls especially loved the little playroom - perfect for our family trip!! We’ll definitely be back!

Water’s Edge is a very spacious comfortable house within easy reach (by car) of Roundstone, Ballyconneely and Clifden. Its setting on the water is incredible with the sunset views particularly memorable. We were a family group of three generations and there was room for everyone to eat together but also space to chill! We would love to visit this house again.

Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung von Róisín sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung liegt ländlich ruhig und hat einen kurzen Weg zum Strand. Sie ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung des Burren-Nationalparks und weiterer spektakulärer Punkte an der Küste, für Wanderer besonders empfehlenswert (ein Auto ist notwendig). Unsere Gastgeberin stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hatte viele gute Tipps auf Lager. Herzlichen Dank, Beate und Ulrich

Barbara was a great host. The house was perfect come rain or shine. The Spar shop in Carraroe is only 5 minutes away and was as good as any medium sized supermarket with great choice. Don’t miss the Realt pub if you want a good pint of Guinness

we had a to leave a day early but would have loved to have finished my stay. it was so relaxing

We were two families staying in the house and were very comfortable. The house is very spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. Kinvara is a beautiful town and the nearby surroundings had so much to do! Traught beach was especially lovely where we went for a dip and a sauna. We recommend the place whole heartedly and hope to have the fortune to stay here again in the future!

We stayed at this great place for a weekend with a group of friends, it was absolutely fabulous, the house was very clean and well set up for us. The views from the house are incredible and it was lovely to have the water just behind the house for a dip in the morning. I dealt with Clodagh who was a great host, she was super helpful. Clifden is less than 10 minutes away by car, so it was great for organising taxis in and out of the house. We had the best weekend, thank you so much!

Don’t spend another minute looking and book this beautiful house with the most impressive Atlantic views ever. We loved Barbara‘s home. It was close to Clifton town and perfect for any touring around the Conamara region. It was in a quiet secluded area with killer views and a private beach that my kids loved. I will miss waking up to this view every morning. Thank you for an amazing experience in Connamara.. Clodagh the host were very responsive with instant replies. Thank you and we will come back again someday.

Max and Beatrice have a beautiful cottage home. It was the perfect place for our family of 11 to be…ages 2-66. We truly made some incredible memories. Max had great recommendations for a cute restaurant down the road… We fell in love with everyone’s hospitality the country side!

We had a great stay. Everything for a large family and the nearby town was fantastic. Would come back.
