Guest house, approx. 50 m², a few kilometres outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

On the second floor, there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in the adjoining room. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Relax in this wonderful home. Here you have all the amenities you need, a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove. Comfortable beds. Space to hang out on the terrace, gas grill, large dining table with comfortable rattan armchairs, in the sun or in the shade of the umbrella (in autumn and winter, the outdoor furniture is stored away for the season). Indoors, there is a spacious dining area in front of the fireplace. Reading corner for morning coffee or a good book. A glazed veranda for rainy moments.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Charming house in Kåseberga

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Mullbärsgården

Mullbärsgården is a beautiful Skånelänga from the 1800s. Carefully renovated last years. I live in this house all year round, but I rent it out for a few weeks in the summer. In Skivarps village there is a restaurant within walking distance. 4 km away there is one of Skåne's finest beaches, Mossbystrand. At the same distance you will find Abbekås with the possibility of a brew bath and Bongska house, restaurant, café and bakery. Dogs are allowed to come inside.
