In the old part of Läjet, just over 5 km south of Varberg, we rent out a bright and nice cottage. The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bunk bed. Sofa bed 120 cm located in the living room/kitchen. Private parking for car directly outside the entrance. Welcome

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to a bright and fresh apartment just 200 meters from a child-friendly sandy beach in idyllic Träslövsläge, also called Läjet. Here you live quietly and secluded, without through traffic, but with proximity to everything that makes Swedish summer magical: saltwater swimming, surfing, fishing boats, restaurants right by the sea and ice cream in the sun. The apartment is fully equipped and perfect for couples or the small family. The accommodation is also suitable for surfers, only 5 minutes to one of Sweden's best surf spots.

Our nice guest house on cozy Södra Näs. Here you live in 37 sqm with high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You can walk in a few minutes to several beaches or restaurants. You can see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking everyday or for a party. In addition to a toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined washer and dryer. Patio with tables, chairs and the possibility to barbecue.

Guest house on villa plot in Trönninge. Here you live in 23 sqm + sleeping loft (sofa bed 140 cm in the room and mattresses in the loft). Cycle easily to both Getterön's bathing areas or Varberg's centre in about 20 minutes. Bus stop is about 7 minutes from the property. Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Dishwasher & washing machine available. During the summer of 2026, there will be some construction on the plot adjacent to the guest house's patio.

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Cozy cottage by the sea south of Varberg

Renovated little guest cottage near the sea and a fine sandy beach in southern Träslövsläge (Läjet), 8 km south of Varberg. Läjet is an old fishing village with cute wooden houses, narrow alleys and harbor. In the summer there's a long line to the icecream café Tre Toppar and good food is served at Joel's brygga. Nearby there is a bus stop to Varberg, which is a lovely summer town, known for its fortress, salt bath, spa and surf. Ca 40 min. to Gothenburg by train or car to Ge-Kå's in Ullared.
