Beautiful end terraced house on three floors | 2.5 bathrooms | private outdoor spaces! Modern, minimalist, by Ljanselva, right in the middle between Mortensrud and Hauketo. About 20 min from the city center by public transport, and 45 min from the airport (check ruter dot no) The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, fixed garage with possibility for extra parking space. Beds: 180 cm bed, 150 cm bed and 120 cm sofa bed. For 7 people: extra guest bed in the living room will be prepared. We provide bed linen and towels. Feel at home, but treat our home nicely!

This is a rare opportunity to rent a family-friendly, modern three-storey terraced house in the centre of Oslo. Here are many nice cafes, restaurants, parks and playgrounds. The T-bane (underground) is right nearby and will take you easily around the whole city and out into nature. Parking space can be rented (free of charge for longer stays). With the house comes the responsibility of a very nice cat. She is curious and will probably quickly come to you for some fun. The cat must be fed daily, but can otherwise manage with the use of the cat flap.

The townhouse is located in Abildsø/Oslo. 15 min bus ride to the Opera and Oslo S and Sørenga bathing area!! Right by Østensjøvannet and 15 min walk to Nøklevann with swimming opportunities. The bus stop is 1 minute from the house and 10 minutes to the subway. It is car-free outside the house and playground 30 meters down our street. Abildsø is experienced centrally to the city (many bicycles to the city center), but at the same time quiet and rural. I have lived here for 13 years and love it!! You are very welcome!
