I made the wall diagonal so that I could face Gongaksan Mountain, one of the 100 most famous mountains in Korea, and the sky above it. The second is "Breath, Rest". I didn't paint the room at all and finished it with cypress wood, hoping that the body and mind of the guests can comfortably breathe and rest. The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots.
