Lakefront cottage with boat, beach and private jetty

Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

In scenic and cultured Östra Ämtervik, this unique and beautiful Värmlandsgård dating back to the 1800s. Here you get to experience a rural setting overlooking vast meadows and fields. Along the gravel road down to lake Fryken, there are swimming facilities. In the beautiful forest there are mushrooms and berries in autumn. The farm is an eight-minute drive to Sunne, where you will find a wide range of cafes, restaurants, shops and shopping. On the winter holidays, you can go in length. The nearest slalom slope is the hovfjället (55min)

Stay in a cozy tent tent surrounded by forest and Lake Fryken. Inside, there is a double bed, seating area and coffee for quiet mornings. Outside the tent, there is a wood-burning stove where you can cook under the open sky as well as a simple dining area. You also have your own access to a log cabin that is right next door with hotplates, refrigerator and dining area. An outdoor toilet is a short walk into the woods. Parking is about 150 m from the place with a hill down. Only 15 minutes from Sunne city center, this gem is located.

Welcome to insta @Frykstaladan. It is located 50 meters from the fairytale lake Fryken's southern end. This unique place has a style all its own that has emerged over the five years that we have been rebuilding the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Short detour from 45th and you are in a quiet residential area surrounded by wonderful nature. The house is a cozy and snug holiday house. A beautiful garden surrounds the house and there is also a barbecue area, greenhouse, dining area and an outdoor kitchen. A large glassed-in patio is at the back of the house. Lighthouse guests are also welcome and there is also a dog yard. In the basement of the house there is a sauna and shower/wc.
