The house is 74 sqm in two floors with small hall, kitchen, bath and TV room on the lower floor. Open sleeping loft with two single beds 90x200 and small bedroom with a double bed 180x200. Steep stair to upper level. Smoking or pets are not allowed. During the coldest season, we would like your request at least 48 hours before arrival so we have time to raise the temperature in the cabin.

The apartment is located upstairs on a private garage. A large airy room with hall, kitchen and living room is the first thing you encounter. Sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine/dryer. Jacuzzi can be used for a fee. Booked 24 hours in advance.

The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Unwind in this unique and tranquil home with the personal decor of Dalastil. The cottage is located with amazing views of Siljan. On the farm, the host couple lives in the house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and should be done before checkout.

The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The bed is made and clean towels are provided when you arrive, it's easy to enjoy yourself here! The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
