The place is nice and very spacious. Everything matches with the description but minor maintenances may be needed such as uneven wooden floor for some small area, and one of the toilet is leaking.

Lauren was very king and prompt. The house was clean. Very simple check in and check out process. I recommend when staying in Glenwood Springs.

The view of the mountains through the trees was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time booking this location. Great location for access to Aspen-Snowmass. Everything was as advertised. Well stocked and laid out kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very nice and interesting decorating throughout. Very well maintained. Easy access. Great communication. The 1/2 bath was a plus along with the 2 full baths. We will definitely look to book this place for a 3rd time the next time we head back for another ski trip to Aspen-Snowmass.

We had a great Snowmass snowboarding weekend at this home! There was plenty of space for our group of 3 and a large kitchen for cooking meals. Very walkable to groceries and restaurants. The home was also very clean. 100% would recommend!

We cannot say enough positive things about Ann and her property. My two roommates and I stayed here for a month while working remotely to enjoy skiing Aspen. The place was cozy, clean, spacious, and everything we could’ve asked for. It’s a quick 5 minute walk to a cute downtown area with restaurants and shops, and a 30-45minute bus ride to the Aspen mountains/downtown. Would absolutely recommend Ann’s place to anyone considering - we will be back!

Boutique mountain was very responsive to when I had questions and the location was very convenient for our skiing trip. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for nearby lodging for skiing at Snowmass.

The space was a perfect spot for my wife and I with plenty of room for two more people if needed. The location was beautiful with an amazing mountain view and right next to the iron mountain hot springs. The space was clean and had plenty of the necessary amenities. It was a safe and quiet location that made us feel comfortable from the start. The host was very responsive and friendly. The town was an easy 20 minute walk away. We enjoyed the shops, restaurants, and bars none of which left us disappointed. It was a very charming town and we would definitely look to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Glenwood Springs! The location couldn’t have been better—right next to one set of hot springs and the gondolas that take you up to the adventure park, where we explored some incredible caves. Everything was super close: just a 5-minute drive (or a longer but doable walk) to the Yampah Spa, the big hot springs pool, and the downtown area full of great shops and restaurants. The place itself was clean, cozy, and a perfect home base for all our adventures. We chose this place over the hotel Colorado so we could share a space with family and each have our rooms and a place to eat in if we wanted. It served us more than a hotel room. Highly recommend—this spot made our trip truly special!

Great location! Easy walk to the hot springs and restaurants.

Place was great. kitchen was well stocked. I think the only thing we could have used was more light bulbs (a few lamps were burned out and we found one new bulb in the closet) and some Kleenex. the florescent light in the master bath was burned out as well. the place is lit with about 15 lamps and they all had their own switch to turn on, so turning on and off lights was a little bit of a process. would be nice to somehow connect them to a switch or at least together. we spent time in both Aspen and Glenwood, so this was a perfect mid point between the 2. would stay here again. maybe next year!

Wow!! What an incredible view from the apartment…it’s so peaceful and tranquil and we enjoyed every moment of it. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, and clean. We would highly recommend!
