Tiny house located only 20 minutes south of Broken Bow Lake, Hochatown and Beavers Bend State Park. Quiet community, no dirt road, good parking. Sleeps 4 guest, with a queen bed in bedroom and a queen air mattress available for use on floor. Large tv with Roku, WiFi available. Refrigerator, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, and induction hotplate with cookware for light cooking. Charcoal grill outside. Parking space for boat and trailers. So whether you are relaxing at the cottage all day, or just using it as a place to sleep while traveling back and forth to Hochatown, you will likely see animals milling around!
