Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gausdal Municipality

Absolutely lovely cottage in the mountains💛 There is probably the best shower in Norway🚿🤩. We had good weather and even though the ski trails had melted next to the cottage, we found lots of good trails nearby☀️😎. (bad snow conditions throughout Norway this winter) Unni Astrid answered quickly if we had any questions🌻

Die Unterkunft ist eine absolute Empfehlung, die insbesondere durch die tollen Gastgeber heraussticht. Olivier & Zoë waren jederzeit erreichbar, haben unvergessliche Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und waren super sympathisch. Das Häuschen hat alles was man braucht, wir haben uns sofort total wohl gefühlt :)

Our stay at Espen and Anita’s cabin was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and right at home. The cabin itself is beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a perfect getaway. One of the highlights was the heated jacuzzi and sauna, which were a dream after spending the day in the winter wonderland outside. Whether relaxing in the cozy atmosphere of the cabin or exploring the stunning surroundings, every moment was pure joy. To top it all off, we were lucky enough to witness the northern lights on our last night! Communication with Espen and Anita was excellent - they provided all the necessary information in advance, and any questions were answered immediately. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend Espen and Anita’s cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable experience!

Anden gang vi besøgte denne fine hytte, der ligger roligt ude på landet tæt på gode skisportsteder. Der er rart og hyggeligt i hytten og en fantastisk udsigt. Man føler sig hjemme, fordi det er fyldt med private ting. Gina er en god og rigtig hjælpsom vært. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

We love the area around Hafjell and have stayed several times. We will definitely be returning to this cabin on our next visit! In a lovely location amongst the other cabins with a great view over to the slopes at Hafjell, this cabin was ideal for the 3 of us and would be perfect for several more. Plenty of space but still felt cosy and homely. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. We had lots of drawers and hooks to store our belongings, which is very unusual to find at a cabin, in our experience. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is a fire pit outside and a large terrace where we enjoyed the sunshine. The living room is comfortable with an excellent fire and my son enjoyed some peace and quiet from us upstairs, where there are large windows with a great view. Synne was very helpful before our stay organising bed linen for us and immediately responsive to a couple of questions we had whilst we there. Already planning our next trip!

Mycket trevlig stuga med välinredda utrymmen, bra funktion med varma golv och torkutrymme. Fin planlösning med vardagsrum ihop med köksyta och öppen access till uteplats.

Lisebu med Lise og Harald som verter skiller seg ut på flere måter. Hus, interiør og inventar er spennende og gir innblikk i lokalhistorie og gammel byggeskikk. Bad/vaskerom på andre sida av gårdsplassen gir samme inntrykk. Det at man ikke har innlagt vann, styrker opplevelsen og løsningene er praktiske inne i huset. Omgivelsene viser noe av det beste Gausdal har å by på av natur og inntrykk, gir ulike turmuligheter i nærheten. Lise og Harald er trivelige og hjelpsomme. Vi kommer tilbake :-).

We enjoyed our stay a lot: the hut is cozy and very well equipped. The nearby cross country tracks offered us a lot of possibilities to explore the surroundings on ski. Also the view on Skeikampen is stunning - we even had the chance to observe polar lights.
