Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Gauteng

this place is nice and secure. We enjoyed staying in the apartment. We just wish it was more private, when you are in the bathroom anyone in bedroom will see your business. the host should think about fixing that. the kitchen missed some utensils and the blinds gave us headache to open and close I don't know if it was the battery in the remote which was giving problem. b overall it was good stay would recommend it.

We stayed here for a second time and it was once again a very pleasant experience. Very comfortable stay, safe area, very centrally located. Very helpful and responsive host.

Thomas was understanding right from the beginning. He let us check in early due to an early flight into South Africa and he offered us to move to the room next door so we didn't have to travel around with our luggage until our late night flight out of South Africa. He had very friendly and helpful staff which also made our stay that much easier and better. We really appreciate his help and his patience when there were a couple of issues that we caused.

We arrived in the dark, but check in was easy. Stairs to the unit well lit but when you open the door, the first impression is..wow! Extremely spacious, very well equipped with so much well thought through attention to detail. But then we opened the veranda doors, exactly like the pictures on the web, then peace, tranquility and a gorgeous view takes control of you. Plenty firewood for campfire, of course after the braai. The rest of the unit stunning, even the small outside second bedroom. All and all, we had a great stay, for good value for money. Will definitely go back to the Hidden Gem! Thank you.

Booked Patrick's place last minute after my previous air BnB host refused to let me check-in. Didn't get a chance to meet Patrick but the handyman on the property- Vusi, was very helpful at check-in and ensured that I was comfortable. I will say that the room is bigger than in the pictures

Place is cosy and family friendly. I was staying there with my family and it felt like home. The host was also very friendly and helpful. loved my stay.

We had a lovely time at Sigrid's place. We did struggle a bit to find it (in the dark), and we were warned about arriving after dark, but still felt that there were some key turns where signage could've been helpful. Apart from that, it is a great place to stay, spacious, neat, clean, and private, in a beautiful natural setting. The fireplace outside is also great. We will go back whenever there is another opportunity.
