The Magnolia Cottage is a well appointed one bedroom apartment, located in the Central Coast Wine Country on Highway 1. Situated in the manicured gardens of Lompoc founder William Broughton's historic 1879 Victorian, the Magnolia Cottage offers a comfy Queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, WiFi and TV. Nearby attractions include La Purisima Mission,the Wine Ghetto, Solvang, Santa Barbara, beaches and many wineries. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

You will be greeted with a rose covered trellis entry gate and spacious fully enclosed yard for your furry family member. Studio feels much larger than it's 500 sq ft. but retains a warm and cozy feel. Short walk into the town of Santa Ynez or a 5-10 minute drive to all of the other lovely towns in the valley, Solvang/Los Olivos/Balllard/Buellton.

Stay in a rustic ranch bunkhouse, a true country getaway. This log cabin has a tin roof and expansive views of wine country and farm land. Stroll the property to visit livestock (goats, alpacas, chickens, etc) and take a short drive to the best vineyards. We are right over the hill from some of the best wine in the valley: Brickbarn, Dierberg- Star Lane, Melville, Foley, Alma Rosa, etc. We are also close to Industrial Eats, Firestone, The Hitching Post, and The Tavern at Zaca Creek.

So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.
