Welcome to a wonderful family home with a large, lush garden and plenty of space for play and relaxation. There is sleeping accommodation for 8 adults across four bedrooms. If there are fewer than 8 guests, some bedrooms may be closed. Here, you will find a swimming pool for 8 people (May–Sep), swings, a trampoline, a playhouse, and a barbecue and outdoor furniture for long summer evenings. Just 10 minutes from Furuvik Park, the beach and Gävle city centre. Bed linen and towels can be rented for SEK 150 per person, or you can bring your own.

Charming 1930s house in Strömsbergs bruk (Tierp)

Welcome to Lugnet 16 – a charming 1930s house in Strömsbergs Bruk, Tierp. Enjoy the tranquility of a lush garden with berry bushes and apple trees. Nearby are a swimming jetty, playground, historic buildings, craft shop and a cozy café. Nice walking trails and mushroom and berry picking in the forest. The house has two bedrooms plus an extra bed. Living room, kitchen and dining area with stoves in both the kitchen and living room. Perfect for relaxation, with proximity to Tierp Arena, Furuvik, beaches and farm shops.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Old Gefle

Spacious, cozy apartment, about 80 sqm, with its own entrance and a cozy little patio with the possibility of barbecuing. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and is secluded in the basement of my own villa in Gamla Gefle. The area is a quiet oasis with cobblestone streets, but just a stone's throw away from restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores and museums. It is a ten-minute walk to both the train station and to the beautiful, scenic Boulognerskogen where there is a swimming area, mini golf, outdoor gym.

Ideal for both family and commuters. Four bedrooms, two rooms with two beds and two rooms with only one bed. At the moment, one of the rooms with two beds has a double bed instead, but they can be separated on request. BED LINEN AND TOWELS INCLUDED. Two bathrooms, one shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and WiFi. Conservatory for relaxing, among other things. There is a washing machine in the outhouse. Practical accommodation with plenty of space, suitable for both longer stays and weekly commutes.

Hemlingby recreation area about 500 meters with a number of barbecue areas. Equipped in 2019. About 100 meters to the bus stop. Grocery store about a 10-minute walk. Kitchen equipped June 2025. Bed linens and towels are not included. Can be rented for SEK 100/person, paid on site with cash or Swish.

Only 10 minutes walk to the sea and swimming. 5 minutes to the scenic walking route Boulognen with water and beautiful green areas with vegetation.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Watch the sun rise from the sea right from your bed. Look out over the horizon and light a fire. The house is located right on the beach, close to woodland and promenades. Close to several ski trails in winter. 45 minutes to Kungsberget. Within walking distance of Furuviksparken in summer. The house was renovated in 2022 and is in excellent condition. The view is magical.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. Private kitchen as well as bathroom. Check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out before 11 a.m. Guests clean the house on departure, alternatively, cleaning can be added as an option at SEK 850.
