Well-equipped and fresh cottage on a shared lake plot with sea view. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed sofa for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge that has a freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Unique accommodation with cinema and pool table

Unique accommodation with pool table, movie projector and pool. The pool is available June-August. Craving a movie night? Here you can watch movies in front of a 100" screen with Dolby Atmos sound system. You sleep on memory foam mattresses. Family with children? We lend out a travel bed, toys, books - and a slide to the pool. There is free parking and Wi-Fi. Electric vehicle charging is available at an agreed price. The house has its own entrance with a gate code and is an extension of the main building where the owner lives. Welcome!

Lake house with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

Accommodation closer to the water is difficult to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. At the beginning of March, the ice is about 30 cm thick. Equipment for pimpling is available to borrow, as well as 2-4 kicks. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.

Charmig stuga/ Cottage with lake view

Vår charmiga gäststuga ligger i ett naturskönt område med skogar och sjöar direkt inpå knuten. Fina vandringsmöjligheter direkt utanför dörren. Stugan är ca 22 m2 och har ett helkaklat badrum med dusch, ett enkelt pentry med kylskåp, frysfack, mikrovågsugn, plattor och vattenkokare och köksbord. Det finns två sängar samt en bäddsoffa med soffbord. Goda kommunikationer med buss eller bil till Uppsala (20 min) och Arlanda (35 min). Endast 75 km till Stockholm.

Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Cozy cabin by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cabin is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage power and a hot shower. The electricity supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simple lighting. However, capacity is limited. There is the possibility to charge mobile phones via outlets, as well as access to TV with DVD.

The guest cleans the house before departure.

A bright, nice turn-of-the-century apartment of 93 sqm. for 3 people. 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 extra bed in a large & extra wide sofa. Walking distance to a wide range of restaurants & shops, as the apartment is centrally located in a quiet area close to Villa Stan in Söder. Only 10 minutes walk to the sea and swimming. 5 minutes to the scenic walking route Boulognen with water and beautiful green areas with vegetation.

Brors Stuga

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Watch the sun rise from the sea directly from the bed. Look out over the horizon and light a fire. The house is located directly on the beach, close to the forest and walking paths. Proximity to several ski trails in winter. 45 minutes to Kungsberget. Walking distance to Furuviksparken in summer. The house was rebuilt in 2022 and is in good condition. The view is magical.

Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay. 10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive.
