With two bedrooms (queen sized beds & closets), one bathroom, cozy living room space (pullout couch), full kitchen/dining area (pots, pans, utensils included) & a relaxing backyard patio, we tried to think of everything to make your stay safe, convenient & worth coming back to!

The Prancing Pony

The Prancying Pony is a short walk to the University of Oklahoma Campus, Historic Downtown Arts District, restaurants, and dining. The Pony is a quiet and secluded cabana with beautiful garden and pool. The ambiance, the outdoor space, and neighborhood make this the ideal location for exploring the best of Norman. This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment has one, gated parking spot. Also included is the use of an outdoor grill.

The University of Oklahoma is only a short stroll from the quaint bungalow known as The Grace House! It is located close to the music school, west of campus. It's perfect for family retreats, campus excursions, and OU football weekends. Go to the North Oval, Midway Deli, The Library Bar & Grill, and Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Riverwind Casino, Lake Thunderbird State Park, and OKC Thunder games are all easily accessible from our 20-mile distance from Oklahoma City.

Welcome to Poppy’s Place, a cozy family home full of history and heart. Poppy, a longtime OU law professor, raised his family here for 46 years and walked to the nearby law school each day. Enjoy the pool, relax in the den, and make lasting memories. Walk to the University of Oklahoma Law School, Greek Row, Lloyd Noble Center (OU Gymnastics), Reeves Park, and Love’s Field. A perfect home base for game days, campus visits, and family getaways.

The interior is designed and furnished with sophisticated colors, textures and style while the exterior sports a 3-hole putting green. A small 1100 sq foot bungalow built in 1937 with some modern updates. Our cozy home is within walking distance to Campus Corner, Memorial Stadium and quick access to Downtown Norman. We are minutes away from the University and it’s safe to walk around. If you choose to stay at home we have provided plenty of seating area to enjoy your visit with family or friends.

Cozy house close to campus, 15 minutes walk to stadium. Parking for four cars. Dog-friendly, with large fenced back yard. Pleasant and safe neighborhood. Restaurant across the street and supermarket nearby. Close to restaurants on Main Street and Campus Corner. Outdoor entertainment area with grill for pre-game. You can comfortably live without needing a car.

Artist's Retreat, Entire House 1/2 Block from OU

A unique artist’s house built in 1936, only half a block from the University of Oklahoma. Featuring colorful and artistic decor throughout, a large fenced yard with a small decorative pond in the backyard. There are three steps up to the front door. We welcome dogs but are not able to accommodate cats.

The Keith House ~a historic home near campus~

This 1930’s Tudor style home is full of charm with it’s beautiful wood floors and an abundance of windows. It is newly remodeled and perfectly located. The neighborhood is perfectly situated in central Norman near the University of Oklahoma and a number of locally owned/operated restaurants and shops.
