Do you need a flat near the beach, in a quieter part of Gdańsk - Żabianka? Couldn't have been better! 3 people? No problem, you want to bring a four-legged friend? Or maybe your child needs a travel cot*? It's perfect, we've got everything you need. Studio apartment in Żabianka (Młodych Estate), located on the 3rd floor, four-storey block. Apartment after a major renovation including the replacement of the installation. Studio furnished in a modern style with attention to functionality at the highest possible level. The main decorative element are floral motifs, adding warmth and coziness to the rooms. The room has a separate sitting and sleeping area, separated by a multifunctional bookcase. Part of the bedroom is a large double bed with fresh bedding waiting for guests. On the other hand, the seating area is a sofa with a corner, a coffee table and a 55-inch TV with smart TV function. Our guests get access to platforms such as player, youtube or netflix. The kitchen in the apartment is equipped with a two-burner gas stove, fridge, kettle and sets of necessary dishes, pots and cutlery. The bathroom, connected to the toilet, is equipped with a hydromassage shower, a washing machine, a spacious wardrobe, a large, well-lit mirror and a sink. There are also towels prepared for guests. In the hall there is a double wardrobe with a mirror, which will certainly accommodate the luggage of our guests. The entrance to the staircase is secured by a intercom. In the immediate vicinity there is a park with a playground, a playground, an outdoor gym and various types of shops (frog, round-the-clock liquor stores, ladybugs), a pharmacy, a bank, restaurants. The estate is located in the vicinity of the Ergo Arena. Żabianka is located on the border of Sopot and Gdańsk, which is undoubtedly an advantage of our apartment. The Sopot pier is only a quarter of an hour's walk, and the beach in Jelitkowo is only about 6 minutes away. In addition, it only takes a moment to find yourself in one of the largest Tri-City parks - Reagan Park, where you can go for a barbecue or a bonfire. Studio 4th Floor

A cozy apartment in the lower part of Sopot, located in a beautiful tenement house with a huge garden. The studio is located on the 4th floor, unfortunately without an elevator, but the views from the window should compensate for this minor inconvenience :) The apartment is exceptionally well located for both people who want to relax and those who are looking for entertainment offered by the city. Everything is close: the beach, the railway station, restaurants, shops, cinema and theater. Everything is within reach and at the same time in a quiet part of the resort.

Beach Apartment Villa Halina

Sopot beach is 50 m away and there are several restaurants nearby. Peace and quiet and fresh air are provided by the park just across the street. Free parking in front of the house on the property. Apartment on the ground floor surrounded by greenery. Next to the house there is a bicycle path, an outdoor gym, tennis courts and the most beautiful and romantic walks towards the Orłowski Cliff. Monte Casino is within a 10-minute walk, and there you will find cafes, restaurants, a cinema and a pier.

Gdynia Top

Great place to relax (and work) for a couple (see the amenities for your baby). The view from the apartment windows speaks best of its excellent location. It only takes minutes to get to the beach, seaside promenade, moored ships, Music Theater, good restaurants, pubs, coffee places and public transport. Famous Gdynia's modernistic architecture in direct neiborhood. Very well equipped (especially the kitchen). You will miss the place when time comes to leave but you can always come back! :)

Very quiet, pleasant and safe neighborhood. The estate is well maintained by a team of gardeners, there is a lot of greenery around, shops on site (Biedronka, Żabka and others), a playground, hairdresser, beauty salon, newsagent, confectionery, petrol station, hospital and church. Nearby is Reagan Park, where there are numerous playgrounds, a rope park, bike paths, and several outdoor gyms. The beach is 1 km away. There are tennis courts, including indoor ones, near the park.

Our cottage is located in a charming, seaside neighborhood on the grounds of a former fishing settlement just steps from the beach! It is located on a quiet street leading directly to the sea. The home's decor and backyard reflect the atmosphere and history of the place. Both guests looking for a respite and a family with children will feel great here. It's a great base from which to explore. This is an intimate garden and its own parking space for a car and bikes.
